Do I need a doctor's referral to start PT in Nevada?+
In Nevada, physical therapists can evaluate and treat patients without a physician referral for most conditions. For our current cash-pay in-home physical therapy services, no referral is needed.
Where in Las Vegas do you provide in-home physical therapy?+
We provide in-home physical therapy and mobile physical therapy throughout the greater Las Vegas valley including Skye Canyon, Centennial Hills, Summerlin, and surrounding communities. Reach out if you want to confirm your specific area.
What is mobile physical therapy?+
Mobile physical therapy means a licensed physical therapist comes to your home or preferred real-world setting instead of requiring every visit to happen in a traditional clinic.
How is STRIVE different from a home health agency?+
Home health PT is typically designed for homebound patients who need basic functional support. STRIVE is built for patients who want more focused, higher-attention neurological and vestibular care in the home.
What do CSRS and CBIS certifications mean?+
CSRS and CBIS are advanced certifications that reflect deeper knowledge and clinical competency in stroke rehabilitation and brain injury care.
Can BPPV be treated in one visit?+
Many cases of BPPV respond quickly to repositioning maneuvers such as the Epley maneuver. The exact number of visits depends on the type of BPPV and what we find during evaluation.

How long are sessions and how often will I be seen?+
Initial evaluations are typically 60–75 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 45–60 minutes. Frequency depends on your diagnosis, goals, and how your plan progresses.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?+
Yes. Physical therapy is generally an eligible HSA/FSA expense. We can also provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan.
